deserve straight answers

No — your Tenants in Common interest is registered on the Certificate of Title regardless. Barony Home is the management software that makes co-ownership easy. It's included with every Barony Marketplace settlement and strongly recommended, but your ownership doesn't depend on it.
A licensed property manager engaged directly by the co-owners — usually the same agent who sold the property, or one recommended by them. Barony Home is the software layer that sits between the co-owners and receives information from the PM. We are not a property manager and hold no PM licence.
You can list your interest for sale directly through Barony Home's exit management feature. Once the transfer settles, your subscription ends automatically — no cancellation required. All your statements and documents remain downloadable for 12 months after exit.
Per co-owner, per month. If you own interests in two properties, it's $38/month total. On an 8-person property, the total platform cost is $152/month — typically accounted for as a shared property expense and deducted before income distribution.
